It’s been more than 15 days I haven’t received any of my product and no updates, can’t track the products and no response from the customer service. It’s a really worst experience I actually order the product as birthday gift and everything got over.

Your order was dispatched on 29th July, and we understand how frustrating it can be when courier delays happen. Since your order was a custom LED neon print, it required 2–3 days of hand processing and testing to ensure everything was perfect before dispatch.
