1) Order Processing Time (Before Dispatch)

Once an order is placed, we start production/processing immediately.

Standard made-to-order products: usually processed within 1–3 working days
Custom / personalised / Neon LED products: may require 3–5 working days processing (depending on the product)

Note: Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

2) Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 6 working days, depending on your city and courier serviceability.

Prepaid orders above ₹1,000: Free Shipping
Orders below ₹1,000: shipping fee will be shown at checkout

Tracking Updates

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared automatically via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (where applicable).

TurtleWings accepts international orders through our global website: turtlewings.co.

4) Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are correct:

Full address, pincode, landmark
Active phone number

Delays may occur due to:

incorrect/incomplete address details
customer not available at delivery address
remote or unserviceable locations
courier network delays beyond our control

5) Express Shipping – Terms & Conditions

TurtleWings offers Express Shipping as an optional premium service to reduce shipping transit time through courier partners.

5.1 Processing & Dispatch

Express shipping orders are dispatched on working days (Mon–Sat) only
Sundays and public holidays are excluded
Express shipping does not reduce production time
(Custom/personalised/Neon LED items still follow standard processing time, usually 3–5 working days)

5.2 Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) Disclaimer

The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) shown at checkout is an approximate estimate, not a guaranteed commitment. Delays can happen due to:

weather conditions
courier network disruption
festive/seasonal overload
technical tracking issues
local restrictions or force majeure events

5.3 Courier Selection

TurtleWings reserves the right to ship using the most suitable courier partner at the time of dispatch (based on speed, reliability, and pincode serviceability). Customers cannot request specific courier partners.

5.4 No Liability for Courier Delays

Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier network. TurtleWings is not liable for:

delayed delivery beyond EDD
missed delivery attempts
rerouting/rescheduling by courier
delays due to customer address errors or unavailability

5.5 Remote / Non-Metro Locations

Non-metro or remote pin codes may experience longer transit times even with express shipping due to network and routing limitations.

5.6 Express Shipping Fee

Express shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including courier delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

5.7 Force Majeure

TurtleWings shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier network shutdowns.
