1) Order Processing Time (Before Dispatch)
Once an order is placed, we start production/processing immediately.
Note: Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 6 working days, depending on your city and courier serviceability.

5) Express Shipping – Terms & Conditions
TurtleWings offers Express Shipping as an optional premium service to reduce shipping transit time through courier partners.
5.1 Processing & Dispatch

Express shipping orders are dispatched on working days (Mon–Sat) only

Sundays and public holidays are excluded

Express shipping does not reduce production time
(Custom/personalised/Neon LED items still follow standard processing time, usually 3–5 working days)
5.2 Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) Disclaimer
The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) shown at checkout is an approximate estimate, not a guaranteed commitment. Delays can happen due to:

festive/seasonal overload

technical tracking issues

local restrictions or force majeure events
5.3 Courier Selection
TurtleWings reserves the right to ship using the most suitable courier partner at the time of dispatch (based on speed, reliability, and pincode serviceability). Customers cannot request specific courier partners.
5.4 No Liability for Courier Delays
Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier network. TurtleWings is not liable for:

rerouting/rescheduling by courier

delays due to customer address errors or unavailability
5.5 Remote / Non-Metro Locations
Non-metro or remote pin codes may experience longer transit times even with express shipping due to network and routing limitations.
5.6 Express Shipping Fee
Express shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including courier delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
5.7 Force Majeure
TurtleWings shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier network shutdowns.
6) Delivery Issues / Damage at Delivery (Mandatory Proof)
If you receive a damaged package or suspect product damage:

Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim (damage/defect/wrong/missing)
