At TurtleWings, we aim to deliver your unique art pieces as quickly and safely as possible across India. Generally, orders are shipped and delivered within 2 to 6 business days, ensuring prompt service. For prepaid orders above ₹1,000, enjoy Free Shipping as a thank-you for choosing us!

Shipping Timelines & Processing:

Once you place an order, we start preparing it immediately. Depending on your location, our shipping partners typically ensure a smooth delivery within 2 to 6 days. We take extra care in packaging to protect your metal prints, deskmats, and other items from damage during transit.

Delivery Costs:

Prepaid Orders Above ₹1,000: Free Shipping
Orders Below ₹1,000: A minimal shipping fee will apply, as shown at checkout.

For International Orders

Shipping Timelines & Processing:

Once you place an order, we start preparing it immediately. Depending on your location, our shipping partners typically ensure a smooth delivery upon location from 6 days to 30 days. We take extra care in packaging to protect your metal prints, deskmats, and other items from damage during transit.

🚀 Express Shipping – Terms & Conditions

TurtleWings offers Express Shipping as an optional premium delivery service for faster shipping through our trusted courier partners. By selecting this option, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Orders with express shipping are dispatched only on working days (Monday to Saturday).
Sundays and national/state public holidays are non-working days and are excluded from dispatch or transit timelines.
Products that require custom manufacturing (e.g., LED metal prints, personalized items) will still adhere to their standard production timelines (usually 3–5 working days), after which express shipping will be applied.
Express shipping does not shorten production time, only the shipping transit duration.

2. Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) Disclaimer

The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) displayed during checkout is auto-generated based on courier logistics data and is to be treated as an approximate estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
TurtleWings does not and cannot guarantee delivery on or before the displayed EDD.
Delays may occur due to several factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Local lockdowns or law enforcement activity
- Courier network disruptions
- Technical errors in courier tracking systems
- Surge or seasonal overload (e.g., festive periods)

3. Courier Selection & Routing

TurtleWings reserves the right to ship using the fastest available express courier partner at the time of dispatch (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees Express, etc.).
The courier selection is made based on serviceability, delivery promise, and reliability for the customer’s pincode.
Customers cannot choose or request specific courier partners.
In rare cases, the courier may reroute packages through alternate hubs or networks, which may affect transit timelines.

4. No Liability for Courier-Related Delays

By selecting express shipping, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

TurtleWings is not responsible or liable for any delay, rescheduling, misrouting, or failed delivery caused by the courier service.
Once the package is handed over to the courier, the responsibility of delivery timelines lies entirely with the courier partner.
No compensation, refund, or liability will be accepted or entertained by TurtleWings for:
- Delay beyond estimated timeline
- Missed delivery attempts
- Rescheduling due to courier logistics
- Unserviceable or unreachable locations
- Delivery attempted at an incorrect address due to customer error

5. Remote & Non-Metro Deliveries

Orders shipped to non-metro cities, rural areas, or remote pin codes may experience longer transit times, even under express shipping.
Air shipping routes may not be available for such locations, resulting in road transport delays.
The EDD shown at checkout does not factor in courier network limitations in these areas.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information (address, phone number, pincode, landmark, etc.).
TurtleWings or the courier company is not liable for delays caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery information.
Customers are expected to track their shipments proactively and be available to receive the delivery on working days.

7. Refunds & Shipping Fees

Express shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:
- Delay caused by courier
- Customer not available at delivery address
- Delivery attempted after the estimated timeline
- Delay due to address issues or force majeure events
Any request for refund or compensation on the basis of delayed delivery will be politely declined.

8. Force Majeure Clause

TurtleWings shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery in case of force majeure conditions, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities (flood, cyclone, earthquake, etc.)
War, civil unrest, riots
Government-imposed restrictions or curfews
Epidemics, pandemics, or related lockdowns
Courier network strikes or disruption
Transportation delays beyond TurtleWings’ control

9. Commitment from TurtleWings

While we always strive to dispatch your orders swiftly and securely, we urge customers to understand that delivery is handled by third-party courier providers, and delays may occasionally occur despite best efforts.
