Return Policy

At TurtleWings, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide products of exceptional quality. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Here’s a comprehensive overview of our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@turtlewings.co.in or +91 8262074190.
Include order details and the reason for the return, as well as supporting images if applicable.
For damaged or defective items, an unboxing video along with the original shipping label is mandatory.
We reserve the right to deny returns if items show signs of use or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized and personalized products, including custom metal prints, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Minor Damages & Repairs

In some cases, minor bends or scratches that are not visible from the front view or that can be easily repaired at home (such as soft hammering with cloth for edges) will not be considered as eligible for return.
We may offer a discount or store credit as a goodwill gesture in such cases, but a full return or refund is not applicable.
Our aim is always to ensure you’re satisfied — we will work with you to resolve such minor concerns effectively.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery to support@turtlewings.co.in or +91 8262074190.
Provide an unboxing video and the original shipping label as proof of damage.
We’ll review your claim and may request additional images of the damage.
Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom Order Products

All our products are custom made and manufactured on order.
We do not offer any refunds or accept any returns for Custom Order Products.

Damaged Goods

If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging.
An unboxing video and the original shipping label are mandatory for processing any damage claims.
Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations.

Variations and Discolorations

Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations.
Some variations in color can also occur due to screen and printer calibration.
The Buyer acknowledges that such variations are not considered faults of the Products.

Inspection and Notification of Defects

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and notify us within 24 hours in writing of any alleged defect, shortage, or damage.
The Buyer must allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods.
Failure to notify within the timeframe shall be deemed acceptance that the Goods are free from defect or damage.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom Order Cancellation

For custom orders, if the order is not dispatched but processed, the customer may be liable to pay a service charge.
