At TurtleWings, we stand by the quality of our metal prints. This page explains our 10-year indoor color warranty in a clear and transparent way.
1) What This Warranty Covers (Metal Prints Only)
Our 10-year warranty covers the print quality on TurtleWings metal prints used indoors, specifically:

Unusual color fading or major loss of print vibrancy

Print peeling or ink separation due to manufacturing defects
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TurtleWings through our official stores.
2) What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Outdoor use (sunlight, rain, humidity, dust exposure)

Direct UV/sun exposure indoors (near windows without protection)
-
Water damage, chemical cleaning, or harsh abrasives
-
Physical damage (drops, bends, dents, scratches, mishandling)
-
Incorrect installation or mounting damage
-
Normal minor variations due to screen settings or lighting
-
Damage caused during shipping without the required proof (see Section 4)
3) Indoor Use Guidelines (To Maintain Warranty)
To keep your warranty valid:

Display the print indoors only

Avoid direct sunlight for long periods
-
Clean gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth

Do not use chemical cleaners, alcohol sprays, or abrasive scrubbers
4) Shipping Damage / Delivery Issues (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
If your product arrives damaged, this is treated as a delivery claim, not a long-term warranty claim.
To request support for delivery damage, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share a complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Share the shipping label/AWB label clearly visible

Share clear photos/videos of the damage
Without an unboxing video, damage claims may be rejected.
5) How to Claim Warranty Support (10-Year Print Warranty)

Our team may request additional photos/videos to verify the issue.
6) Resolution (What TurtleWings Will Do)
After verification, TurtleWings may provide one of the following solutions:

Free replacement print (same design/size), or

Repair / reprint (if applicable), or

Store credit / partial refund (in rare cases where replacement is not possible)
The final resolution depends on the evaluation outcome.
7) Warranty Validity & Proof

Warranty starts from the delivery date

Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase

Warranty is non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing
8) Neon LED Products (Separate Warranty)
If your product includes Neon LED components, Neon LED parts have a separate warranty period (as mentioned on the Warranty / Return Policy pages). The 10-year warranty applies to the print only, not to LED/neon components, adapters, or accessories.
