Can I change my order after placing it?
Because most products are made-to-order, orders usually cannot be modified after placing.

Returns are accepted only for eligible items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Customised / personalised products are non-returnable, unless damaged/defective on arrival (with mandatory proof)
Received a damaged/defective/wrong/missing product?
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video is mandatory for ANY claim (damage/defect/wrong/missing/shortage/return request).
